Alvincé Pongos is the Chief Technology Officer at ALegacy L.L.C. He brings a decade of applied mathematics, research, and strategic innovation to the team. With an academic background including MIT and UC Berkeley, Alvincé published papers in journals such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Nature. For these projects, and for ALegacy L.L.C., Alvincé designs and implements data acquisition, artificial intelligence, and data analysis infrastructure to systematically serve team goals.

He has won awards such as the National Science Foundation GR Fellowship, and co-produced “One of the best biomedical innovations of the year” by STAT news, underscoring his intellectual merit, social impact, and collaborative spirit. He is a PhD candidate, leading bioengineering and machine learning projects at UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco. Alvincé’s visionary approach and commitment propel ALegacy L.L.C. towards new technological and health focused community designs.

Proud of his heritage, Alvincé currently resides in San Francisco’s SoMa Pilipinas (Filipino) Heritage District, elevating diverse entrepreneurship and participating in local political forums. His collaborative work exemplifies a commitment to creating spaces where art, technology, health, and social equity lead to meaningful progress.
