Known for her collaborative leadership and communication skills, Ranzel excels at developing strategic plans, optimizing efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement. 

She has built strong relationships with local governments, businesses, financial sectors, and nonprofits, enhancing her ability to drive beneficial results and execute deals. Her background includes roles at Southern California Edison, Lorillard Tobacco Company,  and California Institute of Technology. 

Passionate about community engagement, she volunteers as the board vice-chair of the Filipino American Service Group Inc. (FASGI). In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her family.
