Eugene Cross, CEO of ALegacy L.L.C., has over 25 years of experience and nearly $2 billion in developed renewable energy projects. His expertise spans development, finance, engineering, construction, operations, and asset management.

Eugene has held senior roles at Florida Power Corporation (known as Duke Energy Florida), NextEra, Exelon, Southern California Edison, Middle River Power, and AYPA Power managing technical and commercial project aspects. He holds degrees in Physics, Nuclear Engineering, and an MBA, along with a Professional Engineer's license.

Eugene is committed to supporting STEM education for underrepresented communities and is passionate about renewable energy and efficiency technologies. In his free time, he enjoys deep-sea fishing, traveling, and family time.
